Refund policy

As a matter of policy similar to many reputable plant shops and specialty growers—we cannot offer guarantees or refunds on living plants and live plant material — under any circumstances. 

Like adopting a puppy: we can ensure it’s healthy, well cared for, and properly placed at the start, but its long-term success depends on the conditions and care that follow. Living plants are highly responsive to environment, exposure, irrigation, and care, and once installed, those variables are largely outside our control.

That said, all plant material is professionally sourced, inspected, and installed, and when we are also responsible for ongoing maintenance (via an executed separate agreement) we closely monitor the establishment period and address any issues related to installation or plant quality as they arise.

Desert environments are especially dynamic compared to more temperate climates like New York or the Pacific Northwest, which is why fixed-term plant guarantees are not possible in the desert where summer climates can reach 125°.
