A: Yes, due to the unique and sensitive nature of living plants, unfortunately, all plant sales are final.
Q: Can I return or exchange a plant if it dies after I bring it home?
A: Unfortunately, no. Once a plant leaves our store, its care becomes the customer’s responsibility. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for plants that have been improperly cared for or exposed to extreme conditions like heat or inadequate watering.

A: We offer comprehensive care instructions for every plant purchase, available on our website or via a QR code provided at the time of purchase. Additionally, we offer a free monthly desert plant care class to help you learn the best care techniques. (See classes/events)
