of living plants are final and don’t include refunds.

Once a plant leaves our store, its care becomes your responsibility. We can’t accept returns or exchanges for improperly cared for, or harshly-treated plants.

1. Free tips, tricks, and answers to any questions before or during your purchase. And if we don't know the answer, we will try to find out!
2. Comprehensive field guides, articles and care instructions for many of our plants on our blog, “The Disappointed Flower.”
3. Our fun-filled newsletter, “SEED-ed,” with exclusive tips, free advice, and cactus-inspired chaos. (Plus, 10% off for signing up!)
