Gardening Services Agreement

This “Agreement” is made between PLANT THIS LLC and , and you, the client.

1. Services Provided

Plant This, LLC agrees to provide gardening services at the Service Address(es) on a basis, starting .

• Light trimming of shrubs, plants, and small trees (under 9 feet).
• General garden tidying, including weeding and cleanup.
• Removal of light debris.
• Occasional hand-watering as needed.

Exclusions: Heavy tree trimming, irrigation, lighting, pest control, or major landscaping are not included.

2. Service Schedule

Services will continue per the agreed schedule unless affected by weather, holidays, or unavoidable circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay on the 1st of each month via PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or credit card.

• $25 late fee after 7 days.
• No service if payment is more than 14 days overdue.

4. Property Access & Conditions

The Client agrees to ensure access, provide trash bins, and maintain a safe environment.

PET WASTE CLAUSE

If any animal waste is present, Plant This, LLC will cease work immediately. The client forfeits that day’s service and fee.

5. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Same-day cancellations may be charged at full rate.

6. Liability & Limitations

• No liability for underground utilities unless negligence is proven.
• No responsibility for pre-existing plant health issues.
• No liability for weather, pests, or external factors.

7. Plant Replacement

Plant replacement due to natural causes or irrigation issues is not included.

8. Seasonal Add-Ons

Additional services such as fertilizing or seasonal plantings may be quoted separately.

9. Force Majeure

Plant This, LLC is not liable for delays caused by events outside of reasonable control.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement reflects the full understanding between the parties.
