PRAISE

"I've had the pleasure of receiving several stunning arrangements. Each one has been unique in its floral design, and are breathtakingly beautiful. Each of these creative designs have brought the wonders of nature and a sense of spiritual peace into my home. Thank you so much Jonathan, for your fabulous artistic designs!"

Constance C.

"If you're looking for a custom cactus, succulent arrangement this is your place! Owners are very friendly and helpful went down and bought 4 arrangements for family for Mother’s Day—Jon built beautiful arrangements. I highly recommend this small local business."

Jeremiah C.

"I would consider myself an extremely fringe-minded craftsperson who can definitely think outside the box so when I saw a black holiday wreath with 'living' succulents on it, my mind was blown away: a stunning, living and breathing piece of art that is still thriving. The care in packaging and easy to follow instructions have made this a showstopper in my home."

Lisa Larsen

"I recently received [one of your] magnificent arrangements as a host gift from a friend and I was stunned at just how intricate and beautiful it is! As they say: 'presentation is everything' and the gift didn't disappoint. Complete with an instruction card (thank you!). The ease of care is thoughtfully explained and is quite simple I particularly love the variety included in my arrangement and the container is stunning and would have been an awesome gift on its own. What a refreshing alternative to the standard bottle of wine or scented candle!"

THREE THINGS TO HELP PLANTS BEAT HEAT

  • Shade reduces stress: Blocking direct sun keeps plants cooler and healthier.
  • Smart pot choices matter: The right containers help prevent root overheating.
  • Catch heat stress early: Prompt action can prevent lasting damage!

WHY IS HEAT HARD ON PLANTS?

High heat disrupts photosynthesis, dehydrates tissues, and scorches foliage—especially in sun-drenched desert climates where UV radiation intensifies the damage. Once temperatures rise above 90°F, all plants, even those which are normally considered "drought resistant" start to struggle.

KNOW THE SIGNS OF PLANT HEAT STRESS

  • Drooping or wilting leaves
  • Yellowing or browning foliage
  • Crispy, dry leaf edges
  • Rapidly drying soil

TIPS ON MAINTAINING MOMENTUM DURING PUNISHING HEAT

Keep your enthusiasm alive. Set small, summer goals for your garden and celebrate your successes. Go swimming late in the day— it helps your body reset. Take time to enjoy the beauty of your garden, whether it's a blooming flower or a ripe tomato. And remember that gardening is a labor of love – the hard work you put in now will pay off in a bountiful harvest later.
